Royal Palm Villa, a prominent Real Estate Developer asserts that it is bringing a technology driven and energy friendly Housing Estate to Akwa Ibom with a 3.6 hectare of property to be developed in Nwaniba near Uyo.

The CEO pointed out that the Estate was a manifestation of the company’s successful track record, having implemented similar projects along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Igbeju-Lekki, Ajah, and other locations in Lagos Nigeria; he further asserted that the estate project has Utopia Bath and Kitchen Nig Limited as one of his partners.
