Education Is Not A Scam, Davido Tells Youths During Babcock Visit

Award-winning singer Davido has pledged support for Babcock University’s music department during a visit to his alma mater.

The singer, who earned a music degree from the university in 2015, said education is important and dismissed claims that “education is a scam.”

Davido also promised to build a dedicated facility and provide modern studio equipment for the department, describing music and creativity as “the new oil” in Nigeria.

He urged young Nigerians to believe in themselves, work hard, and stay committed to their goals.
