The singer had denied claims—initially raised by Wizkid—that he and his crew assaulted the DJ at a Lagos nightclub. Speaking during a livestream with Shallipopi, Burna Boy admitted to slapping DJ Tunez but swore using his mother’s name while insisting he acted alone.

However, a video of the incident later surfaced online, appearing to show Burna Boy and members of his team attacking the DJ, contradicting his claim.

In response, Bose Ogulu was seen in a viral clip surrounded by her son’s associates, offering prayers in Yoruba against negative declarations.
