Tinubu Is Happy With You’ — NSA Praises Governor Fubara

The National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, has praised Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, saying President Bola Tinubu is pleased with his leadership and commitment to peace in the state.

Ribadu spoke on Monday during a visit to the Rivers State Government House, where he hinted at a possible resumption of oil exploration in Ogoniland, citing improved peace efforts.

He said the President directed him to thank Fubara for coordinating discussions on Ogoni peace, while ministers and NNPCL officials reaffirmed commitments to infrastructure projects, environmental clean-up, and community engagement.

Governor Fubara thanked Tinubu for his intervention, pledging continued support for peace and development in Ogoniland.
