Veteran Nollywood Actor Asa Koko Passes Away After Illness

Veteran Nollywood actor Asa Koko has died after a prolonged battle with an undisclosed illness.

His passing was announced on Thursday by fellow actor Kunle Afod, who shared a video from his visit to Asa Koko’s home before his death.

“May his soul rest in peace. Asa Koko. It’s a WRAP,” Afod wrote on Instagram.

In the video, the late actor, seen with a swollen leg, recounted his struggles, revealing that he had been hospitalized and even received a visit from the state governor during treatment.
