Annie Idibia Opens Up About Miscarriage While Expecting Twins

Nigerian actress Annie Idibia has revealed that she suffered a miscarriage last year while expecting twins.

The 40-year-old made the emotional disclosure during a recent episode of the Netflix reality series Young, Famous & African, which premiered its third season on January 17.

Annie, who is married to renowned musician 2Baba, shared that the experience was deeply challenging and that she only confided in her husband and mother.

Reflecting on the loss, she said, “The whole of last year, even in the group, I wasn’t coming out enough. I was pregnant with twins and had a miscarriage the whole time.”

She admitted that it was difficult to talk about and wished she had someone within her circle to share the journey with.
