PDP Crisis: Bala Mohammed’s Faction Seeks Court Order For NEC Meeting

In a deepening crisis within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the faction led by Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed has filed a suit at the Zamfara High Court, seeking an ex-parte order to convene the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.

This move challenges a previous ruling by the Federal High Court in Abuja, which barred the party from removing its acting national chairman, Umar Damagum.
