Israel Expands Military Strikes On Hezbollah Financial Network, Targets Al-Qard Al-Hassan

The Israeli military announced on Sunday that it would soon target Al-Qard Al-Hassan, a financial association accused of funding Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The military urged civilians to evacuate areas near the group’s offices, as it intensifies its operations against the Iran-backed Hezbollah movement.

Army spokesman Avichay Adraee described Al-Qard Al-Hassan as a key financier of Hezbollah’s terrorist activities, stating that Israel will now target its infrastructure.

The US and Saudi Arabia have both labeled Al-Qard Al-Hassan as a “terrorist” entity due to its ties to Hezbollah.

Israeli strikes come amid an expanding campaign against Hezbollah, with attacks expected to focus on several locations in southern Beirut and Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley.

Israeli officials stated that the goal is to weaken Hezbollah’s financial operations and disrupt its influence within Lebanon’s Shiite community.
