Netanyahu Residence Targeted in Hezbollah Barrage As Israel’s Retaliatory Strikes Kill 33

Hezbollah launched a series of projectiles from Lebanon into Israel on Saturday, including a drone aimed at the Caesarea residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Fortunately, neither Netanyahu nor his wife were present, and no injuries were reported. In response, Israel conducted heavy airstrikes on Gaza, killing 33 people in Jabalia, according to Gaza’s civil defense agency.

Hezbollah also claimed responsibility for rocket attacks on a military base in Israel’s Haifa region, which resulted in civilian casualties. Meanwhile, Israel intensified military operations in northern Gaza, where Hamas forces are believed to be regrouping.

Despite the recent killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar by Israeli forces, the fighting in Gaza persists. International leaders are calling for an end to the conflict and the release of hostages, as civilian casualties in both Gaza and Israel continue to rise.
