PHOTOS: Sanwo-Olu Commends Agboyi-Ketu Council For Delivering 170 Housing Units

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has praised the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) for transforming a crime-ridden area into a thriving residential community.

The governor inaugurated 170 housing units, a joint venture between the council, Ostia Homes, and Sterling Bank.

The Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights projects, located in Ajelogo, are part of the state government’s efforts to address the housing deficit and improve living conditions. Sanwo-Olu emphasized his administration’s support for local government initiatives and private sector partnerships.

Agboyi-Ketu LCDA Chairman, Dele Oshinowo, highlighted the project’s positive impact on job creation and economic growth.

The council has also introduced a digital property registry to enhance transparency in real estate transactions.

Oshinowo emphasized his administration’s commitment to delivering quality infrastructure and services to residents.

The housing project is a significant step towards addressing the housing challenges faced by the community.
