Lateef Adedimeji becomes Gtext Ambassador

Famous Nigerian actor Lateef Adedimeji has encouraged his countrymen to buy real estate while guaranteeing a strong return on investment. During the recent activation of Gtext Lands inspection and land distribution in Sardius Estate, Epe, and Beryl Beach Front, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, Adedimeji provided the guarantee.

The director, who was recently announced as Gtext Lands’ brand ambassador, clarified that Sardius Estate has the same surroundings as the Lagos State Government’s projected 100-hectare film village.

He claims that in addition to providing inhabitants with all the amenities required for modern life, the estate would also act as a one-stop store. “The estate being called Sardius Farm city explains the fact that there is a plan to have a farm village in the estate.

The plan is to make the estate as homely as possible because it is going to be a sort of resort where you can find animals,” he said.  The movie enthusiast further noted that acquiring land is a form of investment banking.

He, therefore, urged Nigerians to take advantage of investing in real estate, on the back of its long-term benefits while assuring return on investment.
