Tems Gives Condition On Being A Single Mum

Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage name Tems, is a Nigerian singer who has stated that she hopes to be in a film soon.

The Grammy-winning singer stated that she would like playing single-mum parts in motion pictures in a London interview with the BBC.

Tems was raised in Lagos, Nigeria, by a single mother.

“I’m ready to act in movies. Not ready right now but I’m already good at acting.

“The first character I would love to play is a single mum. It doesn’t need to be struggling. It could be like a fun single mum or a single mum that has mysteries. A gangster,” the Oscar-nominated diva said.

Tems has now followed in the footsteps of artists like Davido, Wizkid, and Mr. Eazi, who have previously expressed interest in becoming movie business executives rather than actors.
