Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ekperikpe Ekpo, has emphatically urged the contractors overseeing the 614-kilometer Ajaokuta, Kaduna, Kano gas pipelines project not to deviate from their commitment to meet the stipulated completion deadline of July/August 2024.
According to a statement by the Minister’s spokesperson, Louis Ibah, this deadline was reiterated during the Minister’s recent inspection tour of the project. During this visit, Minister Ekpo voiced his concerns about the sluggish progress of the project and sought a clear timeline for its completion from the contractor responsible for the initial segment.
