NOUN Vice-Chancellor Promises Solutions To Portal Glitches

The Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Olufemi Peters, has reassured students that the university is committed to resolving their concerns, particularly technical issues with the institution’s portal. 

During a virtual town hall meeting, Peters addressed various student grievances, including problems related to exams, course materials, and refund delays.

He acknowledged frustrations with outdated course materials and challenges with Computer-Based Tests (CBT) but assured that improvements are underway. 

Peters also emphasized the university’s efforts to uphold academic integrity, citing measures against attempts to compromise the Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) platform.

Additionally, the VC promised expedited processing of refunds and improvements in the distribution of course materials. 

He encouraged students to stay informed via official NOUN communications and expressed gratitude for their active participation in the dialogue.
