The Daughters of Zion Interdenominational Fellowship (DOZIF), a global Christian women’s ministry, is set to host its 2026 Annual International Conference, with a call on women to embrace courage, faith and their God-given purpose.

This development was announced in a statement signed by Rev. Dr. Mrs. Delight Olise, President and Convener of the fellowship.

The two-day conference, themed Courageous Women, will hold from Friday, November 6, to Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Rehoboth Hall, Covenant Child Academy, Greenview Estate, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

The event is being organised in collaboration with the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Ibeju-Lekki Province Women’s Wing.

Accordimg to Olise, the conference was designed to celebrate and empower women from different backgrounds while encouraging them to overcome challenges and fulfil their divine assignments.

Olise said the theme was particularly relevant at a time when women continued to confront various challenges in their homes, workplaces, churches and society.

“In a world that often challenges the voice and presence of women, we are called to rise up with courage and conviction. This conference will serve as a platform for women to share their stories, learn from one another, and be equipped to make a difference in their communities,” she said.

She described the theme as a divine call to raise bold, faith-filled and purpose-driven women capable of making meaningful contributions to national development and spiritual growth.

According to her, the conference will draw inspiration from biblical women such as Deborah, Esther, Abigail and the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31, whose lives exemplified courage, wisdom and unwavering faith.

“God is calling forth women who will stand with courage in their homes, in the marketplace, in ministry and in nation-building like Deborah, Esther, Abigail and the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31.

“This is an hour for women to arise with boldness, wisdom and unwavering faith. This conference will ignite that courage,” Olise added.

The conference will feature Nigerian and international speakers, with activities including award presentations, biblical teachings, intercessory prayers, prophetic ministrations, worship sessions and interactive workshops.

It will also host panel discussions on godly womanhood, marriage, family and leadership, among other issues affecting women and their roles in society.

The organisers said the programme would provide participants with opportunities to network, exchange experiences and acquire practical insights into personal development, spiritual growth and leadership.
