Air Peace Raises Fraud Alert Over Fake Customer Support Number

Air Peace Limited has alerted the public to the activities of an alleged fraudster impersonating the airline’s customer support representative and warned customers against engaging with the individual.

In a fraud alert issued on Thursday by Osifo-Whiskey Efe, its spokesperson, the airline identified the phone number 09074904301 as being used by an unauthorized person falsely responding to customer enquiries while claiming to represent Air Peace.

The airline stressed that the number has no affiliation with Air Peace and urged customers not to disclose personal, financial, or booking information to anyone using it.

“We wish to categorically state that 09074904301 is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Air Peace Limited in any capacity,” the airline said.

Air Peace advised customers seeking assistance to rely only on its verified communication channels, including its official social media accounts on X (@flyairpeace), Instagram (@flyairpeace), Facebook (FlyAirPeace), LinkedIn (Air Peace Limited), and its official website, www.flyairpeace.com.

The airline reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding customers against fraud and online scams, calling on members of the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities.
