Tinubu Sweeps Zulum’s Ward In APC Presidential Primary

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has secured a landslide victory in the Babagana Umara Zulum’s Mafa Ward during the All Progressives Congress presidential primary, polling all valid votes cast.

At the direct primary held in Mafa, Bola Ahmed Tinubu scored 2,175 votes, representing 100 per cent of accredited voters, while his challenger, Stanley Osifo, failed to secure a single vote.

Governor Zulum, who voted in the exercise, described the turnout as impressive and expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the primary.

“We have about 2,277 registered party members in Mafa Ward, out of which 2,175 were accredited, and all voted for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” he said.

The APC presidential primary is continuing nationwide, with final results expected later.
