Nigerian rapper Ice Prince Zamani has addressed concerns about his recent weight loss, assuring fans that he is not ill but only made lifestyle changes.

The Oleku crooner explained in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday that he gained excess belly fat due to poor habits and unhealthy choices but decided to lose weight after concerns from family and friends.

According to him, music producer Chopstix played a key role in his fitness journey by encouraging him to take daily evening walks.

“I was literally about to explode… no sickness, just bad habits and choices,” he wrote. “Chopstix and Dami said, ‘let’s lose the belly, Ice,’ and that really sparked something in my brain. From that day, Chopstix started coming to my house every night, and we’d walk my estate for an hour.”
