Popular Comedian Sanku Reportedly Dies In Fatal Ogbomoso Crash

Nigerian content creator, Jidex Klothing, has confirmed the death of fast-rising comedian, Sanku, following a ghastly car accident on Ogbomoso Road, Oyo State, on Monday, September 1.

In a tearful TikTok video, Jidex described himself as “weakened” by the tragic news, reflecting on the fragility of life and how someone could leave home in perfect health but never return.

Earlier, Jidex had shared a video of the mangled vehicle involved in the crash, noting that while several passengers were injured, Sanku and one other victim were critically hurt. Sadly, Sanku did not survive.

The late comedian’s death has sparked an outpouring of grief across social media, with fans and colleagues mourning a talent gone too soon.
