Nasarawa Lawmaker Hires 106 Aides To ‘Serve Constituents Better’

Musa Gude, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) lawmaker representing Uke/Karshi Constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, says he has appointed 106 aides to boost service delivery and support livelihoods in his constituency.

Speaking in Lafia, Gude explained that the aides—ranging from Special to Personal Assistants earn between ₦10,000 and ₦100,000 monthly. He described the move as part of his inclusive leadership style aimed at lifting families out of hardship.

The legislator highlighted other interventions, including providing boreholes, paying WAEC fees, and supporting farmers and small businesses.

“I have done my best in health, education, agriculture, and infrastructure, and I will continue to empower my people to be self-reliant,” he said, while urging constituents to live in peace and unity.
