The Nigerian equities market rebounded on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, as investors gained N426 billion on the trading floor of the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
This follows a surge in the share prices of stocks like ELLAHLAKES, HONYFLOUR, ETERNA amongst others on the trading floor.
After five hours of trading at the capital market, the equity capitalization surged to ₦66.495 trillion from ₦66.069 trillion which the bourse recorded on Monday, February 10, 2025.
The benchmark All-Share Index (ASI) increased to 106,574.98 points from the 105,891.33 points which were recorded the previous trading day.

The market breadth was positive 39 stocks advanced and 24 stocks declined, while 58 stocks remained unchanged in 15, 561 deals.
ELLAHLAKES, HONYFLOUR, ETERNA led other gainers with 10%, 9.93% and 9.93% growth each in prices to close at N3.63, N11.51 and N44.30 from the previous N3.30, N10.47 and N40.30 per share.
INTENEGINS, EUNISELL, and SOVRENINS led other price decliners with 9.78%, 9.74%, and 9.02% decline each in share prices to close at N2.03, N12.05 and N1.21 from the previous N2.25, N13.35 and N1.33 per share.
On the volume index, ACCESSCORP led trading with 38 million shares in 640 deals followed by TRANSCORP which traded 35 million shares in 700 deals.

VERITASKAP traded 26 million shares in 168 deals.
On the value index, TRANSCORP topped as the security traded stock worth N2.1 billion in 700 deals followed by OANDO which traded equities worth N1 billion in 633 deals.
ACCESSCORP traded shares valued at N1 billion in 640 deals.
