Popular Nigerian comedian and filmmaker AY Comedian has strongly condemned a viral AI-generated video falsely portraying him kissing May Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie.
The digitally manipulated clip, which surfaced online, allegedly shows the two sharing an intimate moment while on a flight to the United Kingdom for the premiere of AY’s film, The Waiter.
Taking to social media, AY Comedian denounced the spread of the misleading footage and called on content creators to channel their creativity into positive and productive endeavors rather than fabricating false narratives.
