Dangote Refinery Slashes PMS Price To ₦970 Per Litre

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) from ₦990 per litre to ₦970 per litre for marketers.

In a statement issued on Sunday by Anthony Chiejina, the Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, the company expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their support.

“As the year comes to an end, this is our way of appreciating the good people of Nigeria for their unwavering support in making the refinery a dream come true.

In addition, this is to thank the government for their support, as this will complement measures put in place to encourage domestic enterprise for our collective well-being,” the statement read.

The company reassured the public of the refinery’s commitment to producing high-quality, environmentally friendly products while ramping up production to meet domestic demand and eliminate fears of fuel shortages.

This move is seen as a step towards stabilizing the fuel market and reducing the financial burden on Nigerians.
