BREAKING: Chief Of Army Staff, Lagbaja, Is Dead

Lt. General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff of Nigeria, has passed away at the age of 56.

The announcement was made on Wednesday by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In an official statement, Onanuga conveyed the President’s regret over the loss: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, regrets to announce the passing of Lt. General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, Chief of the Army Staff.”
