Hurricane Helene Devastation Becomes Key Focus Harris, Trump Receive Briefings

As the death toll from Hurricane Helene climbs past 120, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are set to receive official briefings on Monday about the storm’s destruction.

With just over five weeks until Election Day, the hurricane has shifted focus in the tight White House race.

Trump will visit Valdosta, Georgia, to assess damage, assist in relief efforts, and address the media.
