Rema, Shallipopi, Omah Lay Make EA FC 25 Soundtrack

The official soundtrack of EA FC 25, a popular football video game that was formerly known as FIFA, features the hit song “Benin Boys” by Afrobeat artists Rema and Shallipopi, marking another significant accomplishment in their careers.

This progression highlights the increasing worldwide impact of Nigerian performers in the entertainment sector.

“Benin Boys,” known for its infectious beat and cultural references to the artist’s hometown of Benin City, Nigeria, has gained significant traction since its release.

EA Sports, the game’s developer, unveiled the full playlist earlier this week, showcasing a diverse range of music from international artists across different genres.

The soundtrack includes over 100 songs, featuring several unreleased tracks from prominent artists.

Rema and Shallipopi are joined by fellow Nigerian artists Omah Lay and Obongjayar, whose tracks “Moving” and “Tomorrow Man,” respectively, are also part of the lineup.

The EA FC 25 soundtrack is now available on Spotify and other streaming platforms, ahead of the game’s release on September 27.
