Ben Bruce Supports Chidimma Adetshina, Promises To Host Next Miss Universe

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, the Chairman of the Silverbird Group, has declared that Nigeria would serve as the host country for the 2025 Miss Universe pageant in the event that Chidimma Adetshina, this year’s Miss Universe Nigeria, wins.

Bruce promised that Silverbird Group, his firm, will do all in their power to ensure that Nigeria hosts the international beauty contest the next year in a message released on his X Twitter on Tuesday.

He pledged that the difficulties encountered during their 2002 effort to hold Miss World in Nigeria would never come up again.

He declared that it was time for Nigeria to reclaim its rightful place on the global stage.

Bruce wrote: “If Chidimma Adetshina clinches the @MissUniverse crown, rest assured, The Silverbird Group will spare no expense or effort to bring the next Miss Universe pageant to Nigeria in 2025. We’ve learned from the past—those who remember our attempt to host Miss World in Nigeria in 2002 know the challenges we faced. But let me make this clear: what happened then will not repeat itself. Nigeria is set to reclaim its rightful place on the global stage, and there isn’t a force on earth that can stand in our way.”

THE MATRIX reports that Chidimma Adetshina recently won Miss Universe Nigeria pageant after she was forced to resign from Miss South Africa beauty contest over scrutiny of her nationality.
