Anthony Victor, better known by his stage name Victony, is an afrobeats musician who has stated he isn’t in a rush to reach the same degree of fame as his colleagues Rema and Asake.
In response to certain social media users’ accusations that his debut album “Stubborn” wasn’t “commercially successful” because he didn’t have “haters” who would post critical comments that would cause it to become viral, he made this statement.

On his X handle, Victony wrote: “Lmao, Victony need more haters gotta be the dumbest shit I seen cos what’s the rush? Everyone wanna be Rema and Asake in 2 hours?”
