Flavour Accepts Fate As Father Dies

Flavour, the Nigerian highlife musician Chinedu Okoli, lost his father, Elder Onyemaechi Okoli.

The depressing news was shared by the “Ijele” crooner on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

Elder Okoli died on May 22, 2023, a Wednesday.

Flavour wrote in Igbo, expressing his sorrow, “May my father, who goes by the moniker Ijele, rest in peace. God is the giver and the taker.

Meanwhile, condolence messages have been pouring in from fans and colleagues of the singer via the comment section.

The family has yet to announce the funeral plans for the deceased.
