Two lose their Lives in Cult War at AAU Ekpoma

Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State is in the news for a negative reason as two students of The Institution lost their lives in a cult clash recently, it was gathered that one of the victims was an official of The Students Union Government of the institution, a 400 level student of the Faculty of Agriculture, who was murdered at the poultry road extension in Ekpoma.

In a related development, a man identified as Eddy was beaten and left for dead for using a fake bank alert to make purchases, his beating was mistaken for the handiwork of a rival cult group which prompted the retaliation which cost the lives of the two students.

The PPRO of the Edo State Police Command , SP Chidi Nwabuzor has confirmed the two incidents, saying that the command iis investigating it and some suspects have already been apprehended.
