The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is implementing a plan to decongest its head office, as indicated in a circular dated January 12, 2023.
The directive from the human resources director emphasizes the importance of adhering to safety standards and improving office space efficiency. The decision to relocate is driven by concerns about safety, increased health and accident risks, and the need for compliance with building regulations.
The move follows repeated warnings from the facility manager and recommendations from a committee dedicated to alleviating congestion in the CBN head office.
