Three significant oil marketers, who together account for around 75% of the market, have been officially registered by Dangote Refinery to handle the distribution of its refined goods.
The Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN), the Major Oil Marketers Association (MOMAN) Nigeria, and the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) are among the marketers, according to a statement released by the Dangote Group on Tuesday.
In line with the statement, Dangote is actively examining additional marketers who have indicated an interest in working together, as well as possible distribution agreements.

The $19 billion refinery has suffered years of delays and setbacks, but it finally began production last week.
The refinery is the largest single-train refinery in the world. According to reports, refined products from Dangote would hit the market within the month after all regulatory approvals were received.
Dangote stated that the refinery will first distribute percent diesel and aviation fuel.
