Immigration: Caroline Adepoju Confirmed

It has been verified that Mrs. Caroline Wura-Ola Adepoju is the Nigeria Immigration Service’s (NIS) substantive comptroller-general.

Adepoju made this revelation on Wednesday at a regular parade, speaking to NIS officers and men.

She promised to release the date of her adornment as soon as it was appropriate.

“You may also wish to know that through the grace of God and by the benevolence of the present government, I have been confirmed the substantive Comptroller-general of Immigration,” Adepoju said.

Recall that Adepoju was the most senior Deputy Comptroller-General (DCG) appointed as the acting CG to man the saddle of leadership at the NIS.

She took over from her predecessor, Isah Jere, whose tenure expired on May 29, 2023.
