Why Britney Spears aborted pregnancy for Justin Timberlake

The American singer Britney Spears disclosed that she had an abortion for Justin Timberlake, the record producer.

The pair dated from 1999 until 2002.

Spears stated, “I got pregnant with Justin’s baby at one point when we were dating,” in her upcoming biography, “The Woman in Me.”

She expressed her “obsession” for Timberlake and her expectation that she will one day start a family with him, however the pregnancy “would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated.”

The 41-year-old said Timberlake “definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

She said if it was left up to her alone, she wouldn’t have aborted the pregnancy.

The mother of two said, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”
