Springpet Development Limited has unveiled an ambitious seven-year growth strategy, Vision 2032, with a target of building a ₦100 billion enterprise while strengthening its footprint in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
The company unveiled the roadmap at a high-level gathering that brought together investors, banking executives, business leaders, construction professionals and key stakeholders in the property industry.
The event provided a platform for industry players to examine the changing dynamics of Nigeria’s real estate market and exchange ideas on investment, innovation, partnerships and sustainable growth.
At the centre of Springpet’s Vision 2032 is its ambition to grow into a ₦100 billion enterprise by 2032 through a seven-stage strategic framework: Build, Grow, Innovate, Scale, Sustain, Transform and Impact.
Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Kenneth Reginald, Group Managing Director of Springpet Development Limited, said the company’s ambition was not merely about hitting a financial milestone but about building an institution capable of delivering sustainable value over the long term.
Reginald stressed the need to establish an organisation capable of sustaining growth while creating value for investors, customers, employees and the broader economy.
He said the vision was designed to position Springpet for long-term relevance in an increasingly competitive and rapidly changing real estate environment.
The gathering also featured Pastor Richard Attah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spring26 Construction Limited, whose contributions centred on leadership, business growth and the future of Nigeria’s built environment.
Other prominent participants included Dr. Kingsley Ekanosetale, GMD/CEO of Keysight Group; Tayo Adekoya, CEO of Adept Lessor; Queen Esther Adino, Group Head, Commercial & Retail Banking at Nova Bank; and Captain Tobi Akerele, CEO of Gigi Company.
The participation of executives from banking, construction, investment and other business sectors underscored the growing interdependence between real estate and the wider financial and corporate ecosystem.
Beyond The ₦100bn Target
Springpet’s seven-year plan recognises that achieving the ₦100 billion target will require more than conventional business expansion.
The company is banking on strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, innovation, operational scalability and the ability to adapt to shifting market conditions as key drivers of its growth.
The strategy comes at a time when Nigeria’s real estate industry is navigating a complex environment marked by rising demand, financing constraints, infrastructure deficits, changing consumer preferences and evolving investment patterns.
Against this backdrop, industry operators are increasingly seeking new approaches capable of delivering resilience, sustainable growth and long-term value.
Springpet said Vision 2032 was conceived not merely as an internal corporate roadmap but also as a framework for engaging industry stakeholders and building relationships that could support the company’s wider objectives.
The seven-stage journey is expected to take the company from strengthening its foundations and expanding operations to innovation, scaling, sustainability, transformation and ultimately creating measurable impact.
With Vision 2032 now unveiled, Springpet is positioning the next seven years as a period of aggressive growth, institutional development and deeper participation in Nigeria’s real estate ecosystem.
The company’s ultimate goal, according to the vision, is to emerge as a stronger and sustainable institution while contributing to the development of Nigeria’s property industry and the wider economy.
