Former Chelsea Boss Rosenior Lands Paris FC Job

Paris FC have appointed English coach Liam Rosenior as their new head coach on a three-year contract running until June 2028.

The French club announced on Tuesday that the 41-year-old will officially assume duty on July 9 when the squad resumes pre-season training.

Rosenior replaces Antoine Kombouare, who took charge in February and guided Paris FC to an 11th-place finish in Ligue 1, securing notable victories over Monaco and champions Paris Saint-Germain before both parties agreed to end their partnership.

The appointment marks Rosenior’s third managerial role within a year. He was dismissed by Chelsea in April after less than four months in charge, having previously impressed at Strasbourg with an attractive style of football that helped the club finish in the top half of Ligue 1.

Welcoming the new coach, Paris FC described Rosenior as one of the brightest young managers in the game, praising his experience and progressive approach.

Antoine Arnault, representing the club’s owners, the Arnault family, said Rosenior’s philosophy of developing young players and attacking football made him the ideal choice to lead the club into a new era.
