Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen says his success goes beyond football, revealing he was confident he would have made money regardless of his career path.
Speaking during a livestream, Osimhen recalled waking as early as 3 a.m. during his struggling years to hustle, a mindset he believes guaranteed his eventual success.
“Even if not through football, I would have money,” he said, stressing his strong self-belief.
The forward, currently on loan at Galatasaray, also described the club as special to him, noting he felt an instant connection upon arrival. He added that the love from the club and its fans has extended to his family, with his daughter growing particularly attached.
Osimhen is in Nigeria recovering from an injury sustained during a UEFA Champions League match, but says his experiences, both past struggles and present support continue to shape his journey.
